  • 20 ounces Water (Purified)
  • 2 Tbl. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbl. Maple Syrup (Grade B)
  • 2 drops Lemon Oil
  • 2 drops Peppermint Oil
  • Pinch of Cayanne pepper or a trace of Cayanne EO (Place toothpick into oil for a trace)
  • Mix well, and start sipping in the morning, ending by 1pm, if possible.
  • Eating a regular diet, is fine while taking as just a Liver Cleanse.



Liver Strengthening/Cleansing Tea
  • Combine 1 tsp. each of dandelion root, milk thistle seeds and roasted chicory root.
  • Add 1/2 tsp. each of sarsaparilla root and licorice root
  • Poor 1qt. Boiling Water over the ingredients and let steep for about 15 minutes.
  • Add 1 Drop Ginger Root oil. Strain and drink a cup a day.

-Bronchitis & Essential Oils

What Essential Oils will help with Bronchitis?

Bronchitis
Bronchitis is an inflammation of the trachea and bronchial tubes, typically resulting from a viral infection, such as a cold or flu. If you get bronchitis once, you tend to get it again. When essential oils are used at the earliest signs of bronchitis, they can help slow or even stop the cycle of inflammation.

  • Avoid eating mucous-producing foods, such as dairy product, white flour products, and all products containing large amounts of white sugar. A diet of fruits and vegetables only for a week or two is a great diet for bronchitis.
  • Increase your regular intake of water to at least ½ gallon daily. (On a "normal" day, you should be drinking at least half your body weight in ounces)
  • Avoid very dry air by using a humidifier. You may add a drop of Breath EZ or Eucalyptus radiata.
  • Stay away from all tobacco or industrial smoke.
  • Generally, avoid cough suppressants, since coughing helps to lift and eliminate the mucous that is generated by the bronchial inflammation.

  • At the first sign of a bronchial “tickle” telling you that your lungs are about to be affected, place a drop of Tea Tree, or per la Immunity on the back of your tongue and let it remain in your mouth for at least 2 minutes. The EO will mix with your saliva, creating an effective antibacterial/antiviral “mouthwash.” After 2 minutes, slowly swallow this saliva mixture. The EO will continue its cleansing work in the esophagus and stomach. ~Repeat this procedure every 5-10 minutes for the first hour. As the cough tickle subsides, decrease frequency gradually.

Once the bronchitis has progressed to a full-fledged infection, make up capsules of 4 to 8 drops of the Immunity or Oregano oil filled with a carrier oil and take up to 3x daily. Make up only enough for a days worth (keep refrigerated) because the oils may begin to dissolve the capsule.
Especially if you suspect a viral infection and whenever the bronchial tubes have restricted to a point that inhibits normal breathing, use Eucalyptus radiata, Peppermint, Rosemary, Lemon, or the per la Respiratory blend to open airways and relax lung tension. Apply on reflex points for maximum effectiveness as follows:
  1. Below the outer area of the collarbone, just inside the groove between the deltoid and pectorals major muscle.
  2. On the upper part of the sternum
  3. On the wrists at the pulse point.
  4. On the balls of the feet.
  5. On each side of the nostril (use only a trace and avoid the mucosal lining inside the nose)
  6. On the bone behind and under the ear.
These points are connected either anatomically or neurologically with the elements of the respiratory system and will be the most effective locations for topical application.
  • In the early stages, when coughing is usually dry and painful, steam inhalations with Eucalyptus radiata, Lavender, Rosemary, Frankincense, or the Respiratory blend may be particularly helpful. Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil in 2 cups of water and simmer. Inhale the steam vapors.
  • Diffuse 5-10 drops of Immunity, Eucalyptus radiata, or the Respiratory blend for 5 minutes at times during the day when coughing is most severe.
Essential Oil instructions for Bronchial issues, in a nutshell;Use per la Respiratory for any kind of upper respitory/bronchial issues
-Apply several drops of oil, then warm compress on back and chest
-Diffuse for 15-20 minutes daily as needed.
-Apply several drops to the feet.

Oregano has been used historically for its potent effect on chest dissorders. Loosens phlegm and helps with chronic bronchitis, and congestion.
-Use internally, 2-3 drops in capsule with carrier oil.
-Use externally, 1-2 drops in an ounce of carrier oil, rubbed on the chest and back- using a warm compress if desired.

Frankincense can help treat bronchitis if inhaled or put on location, using the same way as Oregano oil isused.

The following single oils are helpful for bronchial congestions:Cypress, Rosemary, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Thyme, Birch, Myrtle, Lavender, Lemongrass, Peppermint, or Helichrysum
Any of these oils will help open up bronchia, you can mix a couple together, or use them alone, they all are complimenatry of each other,
Blends that support the bronchial area:per la Respiratory or per la Immunity(Don't put this on topically; because it's a spice, take it internally.)

Can also make a tea using 1-2 drops fennel + ½ cup warm water + 1 teaspoon honey. To sooth throat.

-House Cleaning with Essential Oils

Can you use Essential Oils in housecleaning and how?

Kitchen:
~Essential oils are about cleansing the air NOT masking bad smells.

~Use 1 drop on cloth or 7 drops in H2O of any of these oils as a kitchen air spray: Rosemary / Lemon / Eucalyptus / Lavender / Lemongrass / Geranium

~Cleaning Highchair: 8 drops Tea Tree in 2 1/2 cups water, spray and wipe down, good disinfectent.

~10 drops Tea Tree in 2 1/2 cups water will prevent fungus and mold anywhere. Use in and around garbage or around sink area.

~Black Mold-8-10 drops Tea Tree, 5 drops Rosemary, 4 drops Lemongrass in H2O, spray directly on Black mold.

~Cleaning Refrigerator- Add lemon to cloth when cleaning, add orange oil, when rinsing.

~Surface areas, countertops/tables - any of the following single oils with 2 1/2 cups water: Eucalyptus / Lavender / Lemon / Orange / Cypress / Lemongrass / Rosemary

~Synergy to clean, disinfect, uplift - 8 drops Lavender / 10 drops Lemon / 5 drops Eucalyptus / 8 drops Orange / 3 drops Rosemary / or 8 drops per la Immunity blend

~Dishes / Dishwasher - 5 drops Lemon, 2 drops Lavender, 1 drop Orange added to 3oz Dishsoap or/ automatic dishwashing Liquid, add to Diswasher.

Bacteria Buster Recipe:
12 drops Lemon
8 drops Eucalyptus
5 drops Rosemary
5 drops Lemongrass

Add all to water, shake and spray. Use to wipe down counters, cabinets, sinks, tubs, toilets, doorknobs, fixtures, ect. to protect from bacteria spreading.
Can use Immunity Blend all on its own.

*1 gallon of PineSol has enough Phenol to kill an adult 3 times over. Phenol is oily, so it has a residue that hangs around and is easily absorbed thru the feet after mopping, ect. Or just soaks in hands or feet while using.

Freshen up the House:
~Plant Spray: Choose any of the following oils and add to 2 1/2 cups H2O. 10 drops Lavender / Lemon / Orange / Rosemary / Tea Tree. Spray/Mist on plants.

~Freshen Carpet: 1/2 Cup Non-scented Talc or baking soda + 5 drops any oil. Sprinkle on carpet and vacuum up!
Can use Bacteria Buster recipe to 3 Cups of Baking Soda.
Lemongrass = mold, bacteria out of carpet. (also good in hot water to wash/disinfect carpet)

~Cold Air Diffuser: 1 diffuser per 1000 sq ft of room with any oil in it - or several drops favorite oil in pot of H2O, bring to simmer; Diffuse fragrance.

~Filters of Heating System: Immunity Blend drops on them to avoid "sick building syndrome".

~Humidifier: Add a few drops of any EO and salt to it, and diffuse. Esspecially if using a wood stove that drys air out.

~ Hall or Area where air is stagnant: Set some shot glasses in area plants with a drop or two of oil.

~Mist the air during cold/flu season: Lemon or, Orange or, Lemongrass or, equal parts of each,(or mix 2-3 drops Rosemary and Lemon) added to 2 1/2 cups H2O, then mist air or plants.

Seasonal Aroma to create aromatic traditions in your home:
Spring/Summer - use light oils - Lemon / Geranium / Peppermint / Lavender

Autumn/Winter - use warm oils - Orange / Frankincense / Cypress / Tea Tree / Eucalyptus

Create your own Blends:
Spring/Summer- 10 drops Lemon+ 4 drops Geranium+ 3 drops Peppermint

Autumn/Winter- 8 drops Orange+ 3 drops Frankincense+ 4 drops Geranium

Bedroom
~Essential oils on cotton balls in drawers - 2 drops Geranium + 3 drops Lemon

~Moth Repellant - 4 drops Lavender + 3 Drops Lemongrass + 3 drops Rosemary + 2 drops Peppermint, on cottonball in closet/drawers/stored boxes of clothes.

~Sneaker Tamer- 1 Cup Baking Soda + 2 drops Peppermint + 5 drops Rosemary + 3 drops Lavender, put 1 Tablespoon in each shoe, shake around, leave overnight.
*Can also be used in place of Comet Cleanser!

~Calm & Gentle Feelings, create romantic Synergy- 8 drops Lavender + 4 drops Geranium + 2 drops Basil + 3 drops Frankinsence.

Living Room
~Furniture Polish- 8 oz. beeswax + 2 1/2 cups Turpentine + 2 1/2 Cups H2O + 1-2 oz pure soap flakes + 10 drops favorite oil. Mix and Polish.

~Diffuse to Relax- 8 drops Geranium + 5 drops Lemon + 3 drops Orange

~Diffuse to stimulate, wake up- 8 drops Peppermint + 4 drops Lavender + 4 drops Lemon + 2 drops Basil

Bathroom
~Use Bacteria Busters- 10 drops Immunity Blend + 2 1/2 cups H2O to clean and disinfect, mop floors, ect. or 10 drops Lemon + 8 drops Eucalyptus + 5 drops Rosemary + 3 drops Lemongrass added to water, shake and spray. - use to wipe down counters,tubs, toilets, ect. to disinfect.
